This 4 week Strength Gain challenge will help you build a strong well rounded body. There will be a mix of Full Body, Upper Body and Lower Body workouts with a variety of resistance training techniques. This program is suitable for most fitness levels as there's no jumping and the only equipment you need is a pair of dumbbells. Equipment: Fitness Mat, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands (Optional) (45-60 minutes/day)
