My name is Erica, I am a personal trainer and the creator of Momentum Fitness. Growing up I was a competitive junior olympic gymnast. I spent countless hours in the gym practicing and fine tuning skills from the time I was I child into high school. This is where my passion for health, exercise and movements began. Naturally, I went on to study Exercise Science at SUU where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in 2016.
I created Momentum Fitness with my clients in mind. I have customized hundreds of exercise programs that guide individuals directly to their health and fitness goals. Through conscious lifestyle shifts, healthy habits and improving primary state of being I am able to help my clients reach and maintain their ideal body.
My mission as a coach is to help my clients achieve and maintain a lifestyle that improves health and fitness. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, build muscle mass, tone up or lean out I have a program that will work for you. I approach every client with a customized fitness program including functional workouts, bio-mechanical alignment coaching, mobility enhancing stretches and a personalized eating regime. Education is at the base of my programs teaching each client the purpose and application of everything we do. My goal is to support and educate my clients enough to feel confident progressing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle after their program concludes.
